首先要找出不按时完成作业的原因，然后再对症下药。其次要多与孩子沟通交流，多关爱孩子，拉近与孩子之间的距离，让她对你有亲和感，与你无话不谈。最后对这些孩子要多进行课外辅导，培养其学习兴趣，不再对学习产生畏惧心里。
