<p style="margin-top: 10px; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 15px; padding: 0px; border: 0px; line-height: 27px; width: 645px; color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: Arial; white-space: normal; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">二十一世纪，是一个信息飞速发展的时代。培养各类需求的人才离不开教师。因此，从事教育的我们就需要不断地学习，以适应对人、对社会的一个又一个新的要求。“校本培训”这种可持续的、开放式的继续教育模式，为广大教师打开了方便之门，锻炼了广大教师的业务水平，提高了广大教师的素质，促进教师专业成长。本学期，我从自己的教学实际出发，树立以人为本，以校为本的理念，加强合作，相互切磋，取长补短，不断养成自我学习与自我反思的习惯。研修结合，不断提高自身素质和业务水平；增强研修意识，以研究的眼光审视、反思、分析和解决自己在教学实践中遇到的实际问题。在这学期的时间里，我认真进行着研修，从自己的教育教学中寻找突破口，为了以促使自己的工作在今后再上一个新台阶，现将其总结如下:</p><p style="margin-top: 10px; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 15px; padding: 0px; border: 0px; line-height: 27px; width: 645px; color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: Arial; white-space: normal; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);"> 一、能够按时参与校本研修活动，并做好理论学习记录，踊跃发言，提出自己的见解，并认真撰写心得体会，在学习中不断充实自己，提高自己的理论素养。</p><p style="margin-top: 10px; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 15px; padding: 0px; border: 0px; line-height: 27px; width: 645px; color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: Arial; white-space: normal; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);"> 1、在校本研修培训中，我校组织了有关“各学科教学基本模式”、“课题研究的过程与方法”等教学理论的学习。开展多层次教育科学研究，人人有课题，人人学理论，人人掌握科研方法，从而有针对性地加强缺失方面的学习与锻炼，促进教学水平的提高，有效地提高了我校教师的理论水平和创新潜力。。</p><p style="margin-top: 10px; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 15px; padding: 0px; border: 0px; line-height: 27px; width: 645px; color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: Arial; white-space: normal; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);"> 2、开展有效课堂教学研究提高课堂教学质量</p><p style="margin-top: 10px; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 15px; padding: 0px; border: 0px; line-height: 27px; width: 645px; color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: Arial; white-space: normal; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);"> 认真开展有效备课，有效课堂教学、有效作业设计和批改的研究，进行跨年级、跨学科、跨学段进行听课研讨，教研组在“研”字上下功夫，在自觉主动有效上下功夫，继续加强群众备课的力度，充分调动各年级组长的能动性。每次教研活动都有详细的记录。本学期我们继续加强对随堂课的调研力度，加强调讲的范围。面落实了教学工作备课要“深”、上课要“实”、作业要“精”、教学要“活”、手段要“新”、活动要“勤”、辅导要“细”、负担要“轻”、考核要“严”、质量要“高”。</p><p style="margin-top: 10px; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 15px; padding: 0px; border: 0px; line-height: 27px; width: 645px; color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: Arial; white-space: normal; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);"> 严格要求自己，在每周听节课程之后，向相关学科的教师学习课堂教学的方法。</p><p style="margin-top: 10px; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 15px; padding: 0px; border: 0px; line-height: 27px; width: 645px; color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: Arial; white-space: normal; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);"> 都会选一节本周最难把握的课大家共同讨论分析，取长补短，发表自己的见解。这使我受益匪浅。</p><p style="margin-top: 10px; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 15px; padding: 0px; border: 0px; line-height: 27px; width: 645px; color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: Arial; white-space: normal; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);"> 二、各教研组要用心组织老师听课、研讨，总结优点，发现不足，逐步提高；</p><p style="margin-top: 10px; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 15px; padding: 0px; border: 0px; line-height: 27px; width: 645px; color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: Arial; white-space: normal; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);"> 强化教研组的建设和管理，个性强调要发挥团队精神，群策群力，充分发挥每个教师的兴趣爱好和个性特长，打破了以往教师备课各自为战的局面，每月个教研组进行一次群众备课的，每次群众备课，每一堂教研课都是教研组群众的结晶，透过实践来改善和完善我们的课堂教学模式“重难点前移”，推行课堂模式“重难点前移”，提高研修实效。、听课、研讨、发现问题、解决问题，如此循环往复，使我们的教学方式逐渐的成熟起来，教师在互动、互补、合作中不断提高了自己实施新课程的潜力，已构成的教育观念顺利地转化了能动的教育教学行为，使教师不断走向成熟，给我们的课堂注入更多的活力，取得更大的效益。</p><p style="margin-top: 10px; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 15px; padding: 0px; border: 0px; line-height: 27px; width: 645px; color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: Arial; white-space: normal; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);"> 三、关注自我反思及案例</p><p style="margin-top: 10px; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 15px; padding: 0px; border: 0px; line-height: 27px; width: 645px; color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: Arial; white-space: normal; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);"> 反思，是教师提高教学水平的一种有效方法，反思自己备课时是否遇到了什么困难，是否调整了教材，为什么调整教材；反思上课时是否发生了意料之外的问题，自己是怎样及时处理的；反思自己本节课有哪些比较满意的地方或者有哪些不足。经过不断的反思与积累，自己确实掌握了很多“第一手材料”，悟出了一些道理，丰富、完善了自己的课堂，最大限度的调动了学生学习的用心性与主动性。而且，注意做好课堂实录，并整理成文字材料及时上交。</p><p><br/></p>

<p style="margin-top: 10px; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 15px; padding: 0px; border: 0px; line-height: 27px; width: 645px; color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: Arial; white-space: normal; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">参加教师网络研修，既有辛苦，又有收获；既有付出，又有所得。观看教学视频，完成好的作业在网上提交，再上网评论。培训的时间过得很充实，学到了很多知识和教学经验。此刻就把个人研修感悟、主要收获总结如下：</p><p style="margin-top: 10px; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 15px; padding: 0px; border: 0px; line-height: 27px; width: 645px; color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: Arial; white-space: normal; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);"> 培训期间，我们利用上网学习，和同行交流教育教学中的问题，用心参加网上发帖讨论活动、完成本学科的作业、用心上传计划总结，尽管感觉比较繁忙，但还是圆满的完成了研修的各项规定要求。</p><p style="margin-top: 10px; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 15px; padding: 0px; border: 0px; line-height: 27px; width: 645px; color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: Arial; white-space: normal; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);"> 在教师学科培训时间内，我用心参与了课题的讨论，并且发表了自己的观点。在自己学习的同时，还用心地借鉴了他人的看法，彼此之间交流频繁，讨论热烈。自始至终，我的研修热情不减，及时认真地完成了高质量的作业，每次均被评为优秀等次。</p><p style="margin-top: 10px; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 15px; padding: 0px; border: 0px; line-height: 27px; width: 645px; color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: Arial; white-space: normal; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);"> 在班主任培训过程中，我聆听了众位教育专家的精彩讲座，领略了他们幽默风趣的教育风格、先进的教育理论，透过与学员之间的相互交流、切磋，使自己对教师这个职业进行了重新的认识；在培训中，我阅读了超多的先进材料和记录了一些先进的理论与方法。并把这些科学的理论与方法应用于教学实践中，取得了较好的效果。</p><p style="margin-top: 10px; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 15px; padding: 0px; border: 0px; line-height: 27px; width: 645px; color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: Arial; white-space: normal; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);"> 新课程改革教师来讲，是一个大的挑战，在新课改的这天，对我们教师的专业潜力和水平提出了很大的要求，我们要上好每一堂课就要不断学习不断充电，我们的远程研修平台就应一向开放，让我们随时都能和专家进行交流和学习，解决实际教学中遇到的问题，使我们的教学水平得到不断的提高，以满足新课改的要求。</p><p style="margin-top: 10px; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 15px; padding: 0px; border: 0px; line-height: 27px; width: 645px; color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: Arial; white-space: normal; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);"> 新课程远程研修改变了专家在台上讲，我们在台下听的教学模式，以网络教研为主，能够把帖发到网上，与同行交流。这是真正的学员自主学习，既有团队合作又有专家点评的培训活动。我感到这次培训活动不空洞，是一次既经济又有实效的培训活动，我们真的能够与课改专家应对面的交流，获取最新的教改信息和最优的教学方式。</p><p><br/></p>
